2023 Twilight Festival

Registration for the 2023 Twilight Festival is CLOSED.

Please email Emily@WoodfordCountyInfo.com to be added to our vendor waitlist. There is a $50 late fee added to all registrations after September 1st, 2023.

  • Our 2023 Twilight Festival is on Saturday, September 23rd, in downtown Versailles, Kentucky from 12-9pm!
  • Join us for a full day of shopping from 200+ local vendors, delicious food & drink options for variety of food trucks & vendors, and entertainment & live music all day!


VENDOR DETAILS

  • Early-Bird registration deadline: May 1, 2023
  • Festival registration deadline: Sept. 1, 2023
  • VENODR PRICING:
    • NON-PROFIT/CHURCHES - $125
    • VENDOR BOOTH (NON-FOOD/DRINK) - $150
    • FOOD/DRINK VENDOR BOOTH - $175
  • All booth are 10x10ft, if you require more space, you will need to purchase multiple booths to fit your setup

RELEASE

I/We hereby release all sponsors, co-sponsors, organizations, or individuals involved in the Versailles Annual Twilight Festival from any liability, product or personal, for the duration of the event. I/We have read the rules, any violation of the rules may result in the termination of this contract without recourse with no reimbursement to the participant. 

NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER OR EXIT THE EXHIBITION AREA BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-10PM.

SET UP TIME IS 9AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will offer a 50% refund to a booth registration before 9-1-2023 if you are no longer able to setup at the Twilight Festival. No refunds after 9-2-2023.
